Billing Policy:
All payments are billed 4-weeks in advance. You may cancel at anytime, and you will be refunded for unused trips as per the Refund Policy.
Refund Policy:
Refunds only given to customers who are canceling their entire enrollment, and who give notice at least 2 weeks before their planned departure date.
Attendance Policy:
We appreciate notice of your child’s absence. Refunds/credits will not be given for absences. We have found that children arriving late to our program cause disruptions to the teachers & children already engaged in their pretrip meeting. Drop-offs between 9:50am-10:10am are ideal. If your child is not dropped off by 10:15am they may not attend that day. No refunds given for late drop-offs.
Registration Policy:
Registration forms must be received at least 48 hours before your child's first initial trip. Enrollment is officially complete when registration & payment have been received.
Late Pick-up Policy:
Afternoon pick-ups are between 3:30pm-4:00pm. Any pick-up after 4:00pm, is considered a late pick-up and will be assessed the $15 late pick-up fee. If 3 late pick-ups occur, we will require an alternate pick-up plan (enrollment with Boys & Girls Club or scheduled meeting with Program Directors).
Adult Conduct Policy:
We understand that sometimes differences may arise or mis-communications may happen. We value your input and ask that all communication be respectful and mindful. In the event that any Ramblin’ staff member encounters loud, aggressive, or intimidating interactions by the adults of our Ramblers, we reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
Rambler Conduct Policy:
We firmly stand by a zero tolerance policy when it comes to bullying. We understand that sometimes differences may arise or mis-communications may happen but in the event that any Ramblin’ group or staff member encounters loud, aggressive, physical or intimidating behavior by another Rambler we reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
If a child makes an intentional choice to put themself or another child in physical or emotional danger that child is subject to suspension and/or immediate expulsion from Ramblin’ Adventure Club.
Risk Management Policy
In the event that a child is not ready to fully participate in Ramblin’ Adventure Club and in turn puts the group at risk via needing excessive attention, we require the child to take one to four quarters off from adventuring and try again when they are ready. (Examples include but are not limited to: daily bathroom mishaps, wandering away from the group, unstable balance and stability, unable to dress and undress into clothing by themselves, unable to adventure without a parent, etc.)
Text/Phone Call Privacy Policy
We use texts and calls to communicate with you about registration, billing, your child(ren) and updates from the field. Being able to communicate via text and calls is very important in case an unexpected or urgent event should arise in the field such as bee stings or yellow jacket bites, traffic delays, forgotten lunches, bathroom mishaps, stomach flu, etc. If communicating via calls and texts is not possible for you then we are unfortunately unable to enroll your child at this time as we need to be able to communicate promptly with all of our students' families in the event of an unexpected emergency.
Your mobile information will never be shared with third parties/affiliates for any purposes including marketing/promotional purposes. If you would like another family's contact info. to set up a play date, carpool routine, etc. please let us know and we will reach out to that family for consent if you didn't get a chance to do so during end of day pick up already.
