Ramblin' Adventure Club is a fully insured, after school program and homeschool program for kids, grades K-5th. Kids spend quality time in nature while hiking a new location every day. Students are picked up from their schools after school, and to the day's trailhead. We typically hike 1/4 mile to 2 miles each day to a destination point. Our destinations are often swimming holes, climbing trees, creeks, rivers, beaches, caves, or trees or habitats of particular interest.
This is an amazing, wonderful club! All of the teachers are extremely qualified and wonderful, the outdoor educational opportunities they offer are completely unique. They journal their adventures, take photos, draw discoveries, learn about native plants and animals, all while spending their day outside in some of the most beautiful locations in the Santa Cruz area. I really cannot say enough good things. My son would go every day, all year long if he could. We love this club!!
